Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident in every piece. If something isn't right, you can return it.

Return window

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Condition

Items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with original tags and packaging. Items that have been tailored or altered cannot be returned.

How to start a return

• Email dnonlinesolutions@gmail.com with your order number and the items you're returning.
• We'll reply with return instructions and the address to ship to.
• Pack the items securely and ship them back with a trackable service.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know when you contact us and we'll help you swap it, subject to availability.
